To ensure a smooth and fair rental process, we have established clear criteria that we follow when evaluating rental applications. Please review the following criteria to better understand the requirements for residency in our properties: All residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50/month which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, Rhino (security deposit waiver) and Pest Share, an on-demand pest control service…and much more! Income
Begin your journey by setting up a showing for your desired property. Click on the "Schedule Viewing" button under the property listing, and our team will be delighted to assist you in exploring your potential new home.

Credit
A minimum credit score of 580 is required for all applicants. While we understand that credit histories can vary, meeting this minimum threshold helps ensure financial responsibility and stability.

Background
We seek tenants with a favorable background record. To meet our criteria, applicants should have:
- No history of evictions within the past two years.
- No outstanding balances or collections related to previous rentals.

Lease Length
We understand that flexibility is essential. Therefore, we offer flexible lease terms to accommodate the diverse needs of our residents. Whether you're seeking a short-term arrangement or a longer commitment, we strive to find a lease length that suits you.

Pet Policy (If Applicable)
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them in many of our properties. If you plan to bring a furry friend along, please be aware of the following pet deposit and rent details:
- Non-refundable Pet Deposit: $250 per pet.
- Monthly Pet Rent: $25-$50 per pet.
- Exemptions: Service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are exempt from these fees.
Our pet policy is designed to create a pet-friendly environment while ensuring the well-being of all residents.
