Step 4

Information Submission

The application is divided into sections, starting with basic information such as income, contact details, and details about your previous or current residence. Provide accurate and complete information to expedite the process.

Step 5

Background and Screening

Move on to the background and screening portion, where we partner with TransUnion Resident Report, a trusted third-party service, to perform a soft search on your credit and legal background. This step ensures transparency and compliance with industry standards.

Step 6

Electronic Background Check Consent

After completing the application and screening process, applicants will receive an electronic background check consent form. This form allows us to verify the information provided and proceed with the final stages of the application.

Step 7

Review Process

Once your application is 100% complete and the necessary fees have been paid, our team will commence the review process. This includes a thorough assessment of your application, background check results, and other relevant factors. Please note that this review may take 2-3 business days.

Step 8

Notification of Results

As soon as our review process is complete, we will promptly notify each applicant of the results. We value transparency and will communicate the outcome of your application without unnecessary delays.

Step 9

Application Validity

Any application submitted to Four Seasons Property Management is valid for up to 60 days. This ensures that you have ample time to explore different properties while still keeping your application active with us.
